Haunted painting
I heard this story from my mother, and she tells about a strange incident that happened to her aunt (my mother’s aunt). In 1980, her aunt was wandering through an old market when she found a landscape painting, but it was incomplete. She liked it and decided to buy it, then hired a painter to have it painted. This painter was so impressed by the painting, he happily said that he would not allow any other painter to do this work. But unfortunately, he died in a tragic accident before completing the mission. After a while, the aunt hired a second painter. And the next day, He returned the painting to her, trembling, and told her: At eleven o'clock at night, when he began to put down the brush, he felt a strong hand grabbing his wrist and preventing him from painting. He clearly saw the shadow of a man with long hair. The aunt did not believe him, so she gave the painting to two other painters, but they faced the same terrifying situation, even in broad daylight! Finally, the aunt tried it herself. One night, she felt the same fist and saw the shadow. I was sure that it was the spirit of the first painter, because he had long hair. After that, the aunt became seriously ill, and the doctors were unable to treat her. Until someone who was an expert in these phenomena visited them and helped her heal. Everyone was sure that the spirit of the first painter was fulfilling its promise: no one would touch his favorite painting except him.
